Important Instructions

1. BIBs will be assigned on a First Come, First Serve Basis.

2. BIB is necessary for 10 KM and 21.1 KM Race. Collect it on 23rd Aug, 2025 (Sat), Time: 11 AM - 5 PM from Edisha office, Tehsil complex, Mandi Dabwali.

3. A sufficient number of Riders will be in place for identifying the winners.

4. Videography will be done throughout the Run Tracks and the event.

5. Hidden cameras will be placed at multiple places to track and monitor activities.

6. Police personnel will guard all Run tracks and events. No one will be allowed to enter the Run Track in the middle of the race.

7. Any entry other than the starting point will be restricted and guarded by the Police, Cameras, and a Moving Video Van.

8. In case of any dispute in the selection of winners, the decision will be final based on the Rider's video.
